His Eminence Al-Allamah Dr. Muhammad Hussain Akbar participates in lectures on various satellite channels, defends the school of thought of the Ahlul Bayt (peace be upon them), and disseminates their message. He desired that the Imami Shia community have its own channel to promote the thoughts and teachings of the Ahlul Bayt. Therefore, this project was initiated on a limited scale through “Al-Zahra Channel.” He wishes to expand the capabilities of this channel to a global level so the entire world can benefit from the guiding principles of the Ahlul Bayt (peace be upon them).

We have named this channel “Al-Zahra Channel” because the truthful, pure, and oppressed lady, Sayyida Zahra (peace be upon her), said: “Know that I am Fatima.” Media warfare has been an effective weapon for centuries, and today we are in great need of it. Therefore, we started Al-Zahra Channel at the city level in 2006, broadcasting its programs 24 hours a day so that common people and specialists alike can learn the teachings of Muhammad and his progeny (peace be upon them). Among our future projects is to broadcast this channel via satellite so the world can benefit from the knowledge of the Ahlul Bayt (peace be upon them). We have completed the initial steps and need the cooperation of the lovers of Zahra and the Ahlul Bayt to accomplish this project. We ask Allah to grant us success in fulfilling this trust.

Masoomah Qum Video Laboratory:
We have a laboratory equipped with the latest devices for recording programs for “Al-Zahra Channel.” We also focus on sending these recordings to the world via other satellite channels.
